THE SEANCÉ HAS BEGUN...
After the customary delay we finally recieved this monolithic slab of icy gloom from the plant and it is now available directly from us. The Séance is Finnish Doom in its bleakest, most despairing shape. Like few other old school Doom albums, new or old, it is able to make the listener feel like he is coliding with an iceberg while sailing a nutshell... The sheer weight of the riffs and the glacial pace of the compositions combined with the lamenting vocals will either drag you down or make your day brighter, all depending on who you are, before The Séance...
Note that the official release date for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Norway is set to the 30th of May while The U.K, Sweden, Ireland and Italy will see an earlier, yet for the moment undetermined, release date. Click the live pic to have a listen...

FALL OF THE IDOLS - THE SEANCE AVAILABLE FROM US ON FEBRUARY 29th
The follow up to the critically acclaimed The womb of the earth CD is now upon us, and it will mean a skull flattening experience for anyone into the bands earlier work! Some reviewers even thought WOTE was too monotone and slow and these will no doubt have problems with The Seance as well. Everyone else who are truly into miserable, yet true Doom, in the vein of Count Raven and Reverend Bizarre will be delighted to hear that Vesa, Jyrki and the boys hasn't cheered up one bit...

FALL OF THE IDOLS WORKING ON NEW ALBUM
The follow up to the critically acclaimed The womb of the earth CD is brewing. The album will be called The Seance and proves to contain the heaviest and saddest songs ever penned by the six. Some reviewers thought WOTE was too monotone and slow and these will no doubt have problems with The Seance as well. Still there's a current of NWOBHM in the new stuff, at least in some of the tracks, and perhaps this can work as some sort of consolation in all the misery. A release date will be announced at a later stage.

Mellow low key parts with a DOORS vibe blends with crushing walls of bombast echoing CANDLEMASS and COUNT RAVEN. The obscure feel of the 8 tracks on Womb Of The Earth are perfectly captured by Magister Albert Witchfinder’s artwork.
