TOTEM
CHANGES NAME TO JEX THOTH
Hails to all Totem support!! We are most excited about this latest revelation, and now to share it with all of you:: As
many of you have already noticed, we have gone through a bit of a line
up change since the first EP was finished. Zeke Wood did eventually
contact us to say that he has relocated to England to focus on Current
93 and Hush Arbors more extensively. However for us, this meant finding
a new guitar player. The magus Silas And
Jex saw all this and knew that it was good. We recorded a song called
"Stone Evil", which was much different than anything we had
ever Soon
Jex began to see this new music as an advance beyond the being that
was "Totem." |

TOTEM
TO SHARE SPLIT 7" VINYL WITH THE LEGENDARY PAGAN ALTAR! Yes, rub your eyes and pich your arm, these news still won't disappear! The pride of London, PAGAN ALTAR, are joining forces with TOTEM on black vinyl, the U.K. gods of Doom featuring an old, previously unreleased track while their U.S. counter part treats you to an exclusive song called Stone Evil from their March album session. This is the first time that PAGAN ALTAR are sharing space with another act on any musical format what so ever and both I Hate and TOTEM feel absolutely stoked about this project! Expect a release prior to the release of the album, which is due at the end of July/early August. |

ON I HATE:

| Three
epic and haunting tracks of 70's tinged Doom the TOTEM way, meaning
you have never heard anything like this before. Hammond organ, down
tuned guitars and punishing drums mingle with Jex Thoth's clear, divine
vocals to devastating effect! Beautiful, unbeliveable, incomparable! |
1. NOTHING LEFT TO DIE |
One exclusive, (and very heavy!) track from the recording session of the upcoming JEX THOTH album and a re-recording of the second ever studio recording by the gods themselves - PAGAN ALTAR! The song originates from 1976 and has remained a hidden treasure in the Jones family vault - until now! All encapsulated in a fantastic artwork, courtesy of Albert Witchfinder! Vinyl comes with lyric sheet. A must for all and will sell out in no time so be quick! First pressing 500 copies. Second pressing 500 copies, identical to the first pressing in every way. |
